Enrolment applications are now open for Year 10 and 11 students commencing in January 2024. IES College accepts applications for enrolment any time prior to the commencement of the school year. Enrolment requests after the school year has commenced will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

It is recommended that international applicants apply a minimum of six (6) months prior to commencement to allow time for the processing of student visas.

Step 1 - Enquiry
Submit an enquiry to talk to our Enrolments Team and find out more about the College and the Application and Enrolment process.
Step 2 - Campus Tour
After your initial enquiry we will invite you to book a personal campus tour, where you will be able to see the campus and facilities, meet some of our staff and students, and discover more about the college.
Step 3 - Submitting an Application
Following your campus tour we will provide you with a link to the online application form. The online application will guide you through the process and can be saved to complete later, using a unique code which is emailed to you.
Upon successful completion of the online application we will review your submission, and be in touch if further supporting documentation is required.
At this time, we also encourage you to express your interest in being considered for scholarship or bursary opportunities. More information about the Scholarships and the processes for applying can be found here.
Note: the successful lodgement of an enrolment application does not constitute an offer of enrolment, nor does it guarantee the application will progress in the Enrolment process.
Step 4 - Interview
The final stage before an Enrolment Offer is considered is the Interview. Once the application stage has been completed successfully we will be in touch to book in an interview with the College Principal. The aim of the interview is to expand on the information collected in the application process, get to know the student, their needs and learning goals, and allow both the Principal and prospective family to ask any additional questions. The final decision to make an enrolment offer rests with the Principal.
Note: an application that progresses to the interview stage does not constitute an offer of enrolment, nor does it guarantee that an offer of enrolment will be given.
Step 5 - Offer of Enrolment
Once the Principal has decided to make an enrolment offer we will issue a Letter of Offer to the prospective family via email. This will include a covering letter with instructions on how to finalise the enrolment, a detailed offer for the program including enrolment terms, an Enrolment Contract, and details of the payment options to pay the $300.00 Confirmation of Enrolment Fee.
Step 6 - Accepting an Offer
Accept your offer of enrolment by completing, signing, and returning the required documents, including paying the $300.00 Confirmation of Enrolment fee, as outlined in your offer documentation.
Step 7 - Commencing at the College
Once enrolment has been confirmed, in the year prior to entry, students and their parents or guardians are provided with opportunities to become familiar with the College. They will be invited to participate in parent and community events, attend an orientation program, and meet teachers and other students commencing in the same year.
